|a The Vienna Agreement establishes a classification (the Vienna Classification) for marks that consist of, or contain, figurative elements. The competent offices of Contracting States must indicate in official documents and publications relating to registrations and renewals of marks the numbers of the categories, divisions and sections of the Classification to which the figurative elements of those marks belong. El Acuerdo de Viena establece una clasificación (la Clasificación de Viena) para las marcas que consisten en elementos figurativos o los contienen. Las oficinas competentes de los Estados Contratantes deberán indicar en los documentos y publicaciones oficiales relativos a registros y renovaciones de marcas los números de las categorías, divisiones y secciones de la Clasificación a la que pertenecen los elementos figurativos de dichas marcas.
