| Sumario: | The present investigation is about the integration of ICTs to enhance the learning process of the English language in ninth-grade students at la Esperanza Institute, 2021-2022, in Siuna municipal in which is referred the main methodological strategies to promote the ICTs uses in the classroom through the learning processes enhancement of the English Language being of a qualitative nature related to symbolic interactionism approach because of the interpretation of the language is based on interaction, cultural and social context. Here is described the factors that influence in the integration of ICTs to enhance the learning process supported by the teaching resources in the classroom with the proposed strategies that facilitates the integration of ICTs. We found the main learning strategies as: play store app, conversation, audiovideo creation, digital flashcard and others to interpretation of ICTs, for development of the listening and speaking skills of the English language and finally to propose the most important strategies that facilitate the integration of ICTs in the English language by means of descriptions of each one. The data collection tools that supported this qualitative research were individual interviews, and observation, which allowed collecting, processing, and analysing the data provided. It was based on guided questions, which also consisted of structuring a system of excel categories used as elements of analysis. The research revealed that the learning strategies were the integration of ICTs like digital games, play store app to English learning, conversation, audio-video creation, digitals draws, digital flashcard, Google translator in cell phone, quiz online for the English language development. This effort allowed articulating proposals that gave guidelines related between teacher - student and Dual Learning - Language being effective and successful in the task of the English Language learning.
